1) Microwave onion until
soft.
2) Heat oil in small
saucepan before adding softened onion. Fry lightly without browning.
3) Drain bean juice out
of can into a glass. Keep juice. Add beans to fry pan.
4) Add salt, tumeric,
chilli and garam masala. Keep stirring.
5) Add tomato sauce/salsa,
still stirring.
6) When everything is
hot and well mixed together, it is ready. Add a little bean juice if it
starts to get too dry.
